Who is Loyce Pace? Loyce Pace is an American public health policy expert who currently serves as the executive director of the Global Health Council, as well as a member of President-elect Joe Biden’s COVID-19 Advisory Board. After graduating from Phillips Academy in 1995, Pace attended Stanford University for his undergraduate work, where he studied biology and received his bachelor of science degree in 1999.
