Gianno has played a role on behalf of members of the House of Representatives as well as reaching the climax in his recognition of his ability to effectively create legislative strategies and build bipartisan coalitions, reflecting more than six years of legislative experience. As a legislative intern, Gianno worked on behalf of Congress member John Shimkus to help investigate and analyze health, energy, and telecommunications laws. Since then, impact analysis and profiling have developed into accounts and issues of the Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee.
