Background and Early Life
Erin McNaught grew up in Australia with her older brothers and started playing in a band called “Short Straw” as a teenager. Starting her modeling career, she represented Australia at the 2006 Miss Universe pageant, but did not make any progress. After her involvement, McNaught continued to receive more contracts for models and work in television. In 2007, she took an acting course and got a role in the soap opera “Neighbors” as Sienna Kammeniti. In 2010, she worked for MTV and performed on their MTV Hits Weekly hot30 Countdown show.
She’s the daughter of Andy McNaught and Lindy McNaught. Her parents focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle for McNaught, and from them she was also interested in cooking. In November 2012, McNaught and the musician announced their engagement. They met in 2011 when she interviewed him as part of her work on MTV. The duo married in Australia on May 18, 2013.
On July 23, 2014, McNaught announced that she and her husband were expecting their first child. She gave birth to her first child, Evander Maxwell Hg. on December 21, 2014 in Australia.
In December 2016, McNaught revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage the previous month. She gave birth to her second child, Ennio Stanley, in 2017.
